Privacy Policy
Zeltjäger is currently a project preview. This website announces the project and allows interested visitors to join the newsletter. It does not currently operate a shop, accept orders or process payments.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for processing personal data on this website is Zeltjäger. No postal address is published during this temporary preview phase. The controller details and a dedicated privacy contact will be completed before the project’s full public or commercial launch.
2. Website access and server logs
When you open this website, the hosting server may process technical connection data such as the requested page, date and time, browser information, referrer and IP address. This is necessary to deliver the website, maintain technical security and investigate misuse. Zeltjäger does not use this data for advertising or visitor profiling.
3. Newsletter
If you subscribe, Zeltjäger processes the email address you enter together with the consent version, source, subscription status and relevant UTC timestamps. The purpose is to confirm your request and send occasional news about the Zeltjäger project. The legal basis is your consent. Subscription uses double opt-in, so the address becomes active only after the confirmation link is used.
Subscriber records are stored locally in protected files on this server. Zeltjäger does not use an external newsletter platform and does not sell subscriber data.
4. Withdrawal and retention
You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in newsletter emails. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before it. Subscription status and limited consent history may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to document the request and comply with legal obligations. Technical security and rate-limit records are kept only as required for operation and abuse prevention.
5. Service providers and recipients
The website hosting provider and the configured SMTP mailbox provider process data only as needed to host the website and deliver requested messages. Data is not intentionally transferred to other recipients unless required by law.
6. Cookies and tracking
This preview does not use analytics, advertising cookies, social tracking pixels or behavioural profiling. A technically necessary session cookie may be set to protect forms and the restricted administration area.
7. Your rights
Depending on the applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection. You also have the right to withdraw consent and lodge a complaint with a competent data protection authority.
8. Changes to this notice
This temporary notice will be updated as the Zeltjäger project develops and before any additional services or commercial features are introduced.
